Our work process
Here at Sergeant Smith Lawn Care, we believe in structure, processes and execution. My team is well equipment with software to assist them with routes, and customers notes/feedback. We have software to make invoicing and payments much more efficient. Our job is to make your life much more easier so you can enjoy your weekends instead of spending all day Saturday in the lawn.
Estimate
The first step is to schedule a quote. Our team will communicate to address your needs and determine the next step.
Schedule
Once the estimate is approved by the customer. We will coordinate a date to begin work. For bi-weekly services, the customer will receive a date and should expect the team to provide services on that day, every two weeks.
Execution
On the scheduled date and the agreed upon work, the team will be effective and efficient in completing the work. For bi-weekly services, customers can expect full service being provide and follow the checklist.
Invoicing
Invoices will be submitted after services are rendered. Invoices will be sent from QuickBooks to the customers email address.
